In addition to being a Priest Associate of the Good Shepherd, The Rev. Scott Ronald Fleischer serves as the full-time chaplain at York Place, The Episcopal Home For Children.

Scott came to us from Georgetown, South Carolina, where he served as the Assistant Rector at Prince George Winyah, Episcopal Church for four years. He is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal School For Ministry, in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, and was ordained to priesthood on December 7th, 2002. Before going to seminary, he served as a youth minister at Resurrection, Episcopal Church.

Scott and his wife, Victoria are both natives of central California. They are also both cradle Episcopalians. The Fleischers first moved to the southeast in 1997. They have three children: Jack, Isabella, and Samuel; one dog: Moses; and two cats: Zoe and Kate.
